Jullien passed away peacefully at home on July 14, 2021 at the age of 78.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graham was a professor of Electrical Engineering at the Universities of Windsor and Calgary. He had a very successful career and was made a member of the Royal Society of Canada. His love of engineering was equal to his love of music which gave him great joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Graham&#8217;s work on somewhat exotic arithmetics has always attracted me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had the opportunity to invite him to Marseille, then to see him in Montpellier and to visit him in Calgary. He was a very interesting person with whom we could talk about all kinds of scientific and cultural topics. So when he retired, I wasn&#8217;t surprised by his choice to devote himself to subjects other than his professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope he had the opportunity to fulfill most of his plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean Claude Bajard<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graham A.
